When working various tasks and projects, we track our time “by the minute” using specialized time tracking software. Because we often switch back and forth between properties, clients, and jobs, we need a fast and accurate way to capture our time. Using this time tracking method means that property owners are never over-charged for management services and also allows for complete transparency.
Admin time is usually billed out on a monthly basis for the prior month’s activities.
